This book took forever to read. In the class she showed us how to creatively recycle worn out book covers, used sewing patterns, stray playing cards, puzzle pieces and loads of mismatched papers into our own, one of a kind altered journals. Richard Morgan's Altered Carbon was a buy motivated by hype, and as happens fairly often with those, it was absolutely disappointing. *sigh* Yeah, I'm not impressed either. Well, I'm on a roll now, I just finished Richard K. You were supposed to be the best thing since Neuromancer. This is not a remark on its readability or how much I enjoyed it - stuff just kept getting in the way.
